The Sales Assessment produces eight
different reports. They are listed below with a short description:
Performance Model Comparison Report Compares the person's scores
against a Performance Model and gives a percentage fit to that particular
sales position. It also has management/coaching suggestions.
Used for hiring and coaching.
Interview Guide Report Contains interview questions where the
person's scores fall out of the Performance Model. Used for hiring
and promotion.
Summary
Graph Report Shows the person's scores against the Performance
Model on one page. It's handy for a quick look and comparing
candidates.
Candidate Match Report A summary report showing multiple
candidates matcht against a particular Performance Model.
Comparison Summary Report A short version of the Performance
Model Comparison Report, above.
Individual Profile Report This report is intended to give to the
person who completed the Sales Assessment, if you choose to. It does
not compare the person to a Performance Model so is non-threatening.
Multi Job Match Report A summary report showing the job match of
a person against multiple Performance Models. Used for correct job
placement and succession planning.
Performance Model Analysis Gives a complete description of the
Performance Model and details a person who would be a good match.
